HOW TO MAKE SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS

I created an eLESSON in my Instructional Design course where we were tasked with building an eLearning lesson for our final project. Using Adobe Captivate, a software program that allows an instructional designer to create instructional videos, I built my course. I began by defining my learning objections using the ABCD method for writing objectives: audience, behavior, condition, and degree. To elicit performance and check for reading comprehension, I created two different assessments, one that asks the student a multiple choice question after each step, and at the end of the lesson, a matching game to match up an ingredient name with its photo. To enhance retention, I created a Quick Reference Guide with step-by-step instructions that can be accessed on a smartphone or tablet to use while doing the cooking, after completing the lesson.
